At Equator, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your private data associated with your Equator account, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Request Data Deletion
Send an Email Request Send an email to support@equator.zone with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" Please include the email address associated with your Equator account in the body of the email. Processing Your Request Upon receiving your request, we will process the data deletion within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Personal Information (e.g., name, email address)
Uploaded or Recorded Videos
Any videos you have uploaded or recorded on our platform will be permanently deleted. Stored Preferences and Settings
All Associated Activity and Content Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you have any questions regarding data deletion or our privacy policy, feel free to contact us at support@equator.zone.
