Our mission is to scale respectful, productive discussions.

Equator is a new kind of platform for structured, civil debate — built for organizations, communities, and individuals who want to understand what people really think.

Instead of surveys or comment sections, Equator uses short, human video opinions to capture nuance, surface blind spots, and reduce polarization. Our tech organizes diverse viewpoints into coherent, respectful discussions — and helps decision-makers turn complexity into clarity.

Founded by seasoned tech leaders Bob Rosenschein and Ruthie Amaru, Equator blends startup agility with deep product experience to tackle one of today’s hardest problems: how we talk to each other.
